NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Review for the City of Adams, Adams County, Wisconsin, shall hold its first meeting on April 27, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., at Adams City Hall, 101 North Main Street, Adams, WI.

Please be advised for a complete list of the requirements and procedural requirements to appear before the board of review can be picked up at the City of Adams Municipal Building, 101 N Main St, Adams, WI 53910, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4: 00 p.m.

Notice is Hereby Given, that pursuant to Section 70.45 of Wis. Statutes, the Assessment Roll will be available for inspection beginning April 9, 2026, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. in the City Clerk’s Office, 101 N. Main St., Adams, WI. Notice is Hereby Further Given, that Open Book for the City of Adams, Adams, County, Wisconsin, will be held at the City Municipal Building located at 101 North Main Street, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on April 20, 2026. The Assessor will be present during Open Book.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

Absentee Voting to be Administered at Rosebrooke Senior Living,

550 West Liberty Street, Adams, WI 53910, on

Monday, March 10, 2025

At 12:30 p.m.

 

 

 Special Voting Deputies appointed by the City of Adams will be administering absentee voting for the residents of this facility for the April 1, 2025 Spring Election at the above time and place. Any qualified elector who is unable or unwilling to appear at the polling place on Election Day may request to vote an absentee ballot. A qualified elector is any U.S. citizen, who will be 18 years of age or older on Election Day, who has resided in the ward or municipality where he or she wishes to vote for at least 28 consecutive days before the election. The elector must also be registered in order to receive an absentee ballot.

Special voting deputies will return, if needed, on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 12:30PM.

Only observers from each of the two recognized political parties whose candidates for Governor or President received the greatest number of votes in the municipality at the most recent general election may accompany the deputies to each facility where absentee voting will take place. The observers may observe the process of absentee ballot distribution in the common areas of the home, facility, or complex. Each party wishing to have an observer present shall submit the name of the observer to the City Clerk no later than the close of business on the last business day prior to the visit. Family members of residents may be present at the time of voting.
